Refund Policy

  • We do NOT *offer refunds* on digital products/services once they are *activated and delivered*.
  • You are *encouraged to request a trial* before making a purchase.
  • If you believe your case is a *special circumstance*, you may *submit a refund request* for individual review.
  • If a refund is granted, *access to the service(s) will be revoked*.
  • *Full refunds* are only available for purchases made *within 7 days*.
  • Purchases made *more than 7 days* before the refund request will be *partially refunded*, based on the *used period of the subscription*.
  • Our *support team will contact users* in all refund cases.
  • *Trials and accounts* that have been used for *more than half of their duration* are *not eligible* for a refund.
  • Refunds typically take *5 to 7 working days* to process.
  • We do not control the refund processing time; it is handled by *our payment processors*.

We will initiate the refund *immediately after reviewing* your request and confirming your *user information*.
